At GambleOntario, we are always looking for skilled writers.

Our goal is to remain as impartial as possible while expressing our honest opinions about the casinos, sportsbooks, slots, and any other content that we review.

To achieve this, we have adopted an employment approach that supports this principle.

So, how do we achieve this? We collaborate with external freelance writers who are encouraged to write freely, as we trust—and have previously verified—them to be experts in their field.

For example, we rely on our NHL experts when we ask them to review and compare the best sportsbooks that offer NHL.

We want our writers to remain unbiased, and when we proofread their work, we make slight changes to ensure that the content follows Ontario regulations.

How to Apply for a Job at GambleOntario

As you can imagine, we receive many emails with requests from professionals who would like to work with us.

To ensure that you receive a prompt response, we have streamlined the process:

1. First, please state your full name and the country you’re based in. We ask for your location only to know if you’re based in Ontario and to see how we can best facilitate communication in case we work in different time zones.

2. Next, let us know your area of expertise. Please specify if you’re interested in writing content for one of these topics:

✔️ Slot Reviews

✔️ Sports Betting Site Reviews

✔️ Sports Guides (such as betting tips, trending sports topics, and more)

✔️ Familiarity with Ontario iGaming jurisdiction (such as appropriate use of language as prescribed by the regulatory bodies)

3. As you may have guessed already, we will need to see some examples of your work related to the expertise you selected in the previous stage.

4. Lastly, please let us know how you heard about us and why you’d like to become a content contributor at GambleOntario.

Career Path

At GambleOntario, we foster stability and establish robust, long-lasting relationships with our writers.

Most of our authors and content contributors have been with us since day one, while others have joined later but continue to be on board.

At this point, we’d like to clarify something. Although we strive to request and produce content at a fast pace while not compromising on quality and fact accuracy, we rely on a well-structured content growth strategy that adjusts based on reader demand.

What does this mean for you? This means that we cannot guarantee that we will be able to assign you a fixed amount of work each month.

However, this is the nature of affiliate websites like ours.

We hope that as we grow, we can grow together with you and involve you in monthly content requests.
